[ ] 1 - You can go off-the-script
A list of questions has been created to guide you through the interview. However, try not to always stick to it. Build the conversation around your interviewee's responses.
[ ] 2 - Be genuine!
Make sure to remind your interviewees that you want honest answers. You want to truly understand where you're WRONG!
[ ] 3 - Ask why
Ask WHY all the time! Be sure to understand what your interviewees really think.
Ask always 3 variants of the same question
[ ] 4 - Be neutral
Totally disregard the bias surrounding your business idea during the interview. Ask questions in a completely objective manner!
[ ] 5 - Use their jargon Use the Jargon and vocabulary you have learnt thanks to the step 02 - Embrace the competition. Please take note of the keywords that your interviewee are saying.
[ ] 6 - The 20% rule
Don't talk more than 20% of the call. Let your interviewees talk. You don't want them to validate your ideas. Talk less!
